SKEER SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: [July 2026]

Thank you for shopping with Skeer.

We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During promotional periods, holidays, product launches or periods of high order volumes, processing times may be longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Skeer ships orders within South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time is:

8–11 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking details.

4. Delivery Delays

While Skeer aims to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier operational delays;

  • adverse weather conditions;

  • public holidays;

  • strikes or industrial action;

  • civil unrest;

  • natural disasters;

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer;

  • high shipping volumes;

  • remote delivery locations.

To the extent permitted by applicable South African law, Skeer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delayed shipments with the courier.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.

Skeer is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because delivery could not be completed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed after the courier's delivery attempts or collection procedures, the parcel may be returned to Skeer.

Where a parcel is returned for reasons not caused by Skeer, the customer may be required to pay the cost of reshipping the order.

7. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout, in accordance with applicable South African law.

8. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Skeer will work with Aramex Store-to-Door to investigate the shipment.

A parcel will only be considered lost after the courier has completed its investigation.

Where appropriate and subject to the outcome of the courier's investigation, Skeer may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photographs of the parcel;

  • Photographs of the damaged product; and

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging.

Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect our ability to investigate the claim with the courier.
